We are looking for an ambitious Telesales Business Development Manager.
Working as part of a collaborative and highly focused commercially driven sales and service team, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years outbound sales experience who understands how to maximise every sales opportunity.

- A great communicator, capable of building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Confidence to guide our customers through our extensive range of training and products, converting them into active customers
- Able to reactivate dormant and defecting customers back into our normal ordering cycle
- Confident in achieving sales targets on accelerating growth by employing effective attraction, retention, and nurture strategies
- Whilst working inbound leads, proactively seek and recruit a new pipeline of clients via outbound calls and networking
- Utilise social media, email, and LinkedIn to engage with salons and beauty therapists around the country
- Collaborate to ensure a thorough handover to our Customer Experience Team of all relevant and reignited accounts
- Able to plan and forecast activity to secure account revenue 3 months in advance
- Confident in managing ambiguity and challenging situations
- Comfortable in overcoming conversion and sales obstacles
- A positive attitude and a passion for developing your knowledge and skills
