Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all organic social media planning and execution, with the support of a dedicated team.
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on the social media platforms of industry leading, consumer recognised beauty brands, based in the heart of Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for:
• Management of all our brands social media channels
• Supporting the development and execution of all our brands social media strategies
• Generating, curating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content that builds brand presence, online reputation and encourages engagement
• Developing creative briefs and working collaboratively with our creative team
• Influencer outreach and engagement, including identifying opportunities for brand relevant partnerships
• Supporting the customer care team with social community management, engaging with our audience and influencers regularly across our social channels
• Reporting on all social media activity on a monthly basis
• Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and platforms
• Positively coaching, supporting and mentoring direct reports to exceed expectations, with a focus on growing your leadership skills alongside their personal development
Our ideal person:
• A passionate, self-motivated individual who has experience in growing and evolving social media audiences
• Excellent writing skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of each brand
• Experience of working with online content creators
• Experience of using social media management platforms and scheduling tools
• The ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations, using social media management platforms and GA
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team
• Strong time management skills
• Passion for beauty industry preferred
• Must have current experience of operating business accounts for: Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok, and it would be an advantage to have experience of YouTube and Pinterest
• Minimum of 4 years commercial Social Media experience
