We are looking for an Exceptional IT Helpdesk, 1st & 2nd Line Support Professional!

We are searching for an ambitious, passionate individual driven by service excellence and a can-do attitude towards all support and improvements within the IT support team. You will have proven experience of effectively supporting and implementing new technologies, as well as a methodical approach to problem solving and working with set SLAs.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for providing extremely high standards of 1st & 2nd line support to all IT systems and infrastructure across the Nouveau HD Beauty Group network. Working effectively with both the Group IT Manager and 3rd party support services you will ensure all business systems continue to remain effective at all times. You will provide support excellence to the IT department with any new projects and communicate with the wider business to quickly resolve or provide alternative solutions to any known issues whilst forming great working relationships with all team members in order to facilitate a fully functioning and user-friendly IT experience.
