Experienced in telesales – essential
Proven record of effectively handling inbound and outbound activity, including voice to voice calls, emails, SMS, Live Chat and social media platforms
Focused on nurturing B2B customer relationships
Confident and calm under pressure, working accurately withing set procedures
A motivated team player, with a keen focus on exceeding KPIs, targets and objectives
A £21k salary + uncapped OTE/commission (to be discussed)
