We are searching for a Loyalty Specialist!

We are searching for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Nouveau HD Beauty Group Sales and Service Department. You will be working as part of our Business Development Team and be primarily responsible for customer retention and loyalty.

This is a full time, permanent contract based at our Head Office in South Elmsall, Pontefract.

Nouveau HD Beauty Group is a well-established company in the beauty industry that encompasses market-leading brands such as Nouveau Beauty, Nouveau Lashes, HD Brows, and K.B Pro, working collaboratively to provide world-class, innovative beauty treatments, products and training.

You will be responsible for:
• Reactivating both Inactive and Lapsed professional accounts to reduce customer churn and improve lifetime value.
• Generating profitable revenue growth from reactivating the Inactive and Lapsed customer base.
• Actively engaging with Inactive and Lapsed customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, to help inform the ongoing customer retention strategy, as well as to provide valuable customer/category insight to the wider business.
• Building strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conducting proactive outreach to Inactive customers who may be at risk of Lapsing, offering solutions and incentives to encourage retention, as well as those who have Lapsed, offering solutions and incentives to encourage reactivation.
• Educating customers about the features and benefits of products/services/brands, ensuring they get maximum value from their purchases.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products/services to existing customers, contributing to revenue growth.
• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators related to customer retention, providing regular reports and insights to management.
